KaiMiao Business Unite Particapated In “2019 FOUCS Business School-- Foreign Trade Knowledge Training”

As KaiMiao Group has always been committed to employees’ development and self-improvement, KaiMiao business unite went to Dongguan Yincheng Hotel to participate in “2019 FOUCS Business School-- foreign trade knowledge training” in july 17^th, 2019.

This training aims to improve the professional ethics of our employees, update their professional skills and help them find the better way to communicate with our customers.

The presenter of this training is Antony Hung, which is a senior foreign trader, after many years of overseas work he came back to Hongkong and worked for listed company, soon afterwards, he was hired by companies in Shenzhen, Hangzhou to be responsible for foreign trade export. Mr Antony has extensive experience in e-commerce platforms and effective customer communication.

More than 200 people attended this training. The participants are from all walk of life, like auto parts manufacturing, watch packaging, bath tubs and so on.

With the title of "How to Improve trade success rate and customer satisfaction", Mr Antony Combined his valuable working experience, taught us a lesson about how to ues e-commerce platforms correctly, the effective way to communicate with customers and solve the problems in the trade. In additon, Mr Antony shared his innovative ideas for foreign trade work. Some participants also shared their working experience which is meaningful to us. Afterward, Mr Antony summarized the methods and skills of foreign trade work. At the last time of the training, Mr Antony answered our questions.

After the training, our employees have gained a lot. They had a new understanding of platform using , learned more skills to communicate with customers and motivated employees to provide better service to our customers.

KaiMiao pays attention to the quality of our power tailgate and also attaches great importance to providing the best service at the same time. We believe that we can do the great job!
