How to use the hands free automatic smart lift gate for Kia？
The power liftgate feature can be activated from insdie and outside of the vehicle. When you are in the driver seat, a button on the dashboard can be pushed to open and close the power liftgate. When you are outside the vehicle, a button on the smart key or a button on the rear of the vehicle can do the same. There is a way to open / close the trunk - foot activated. To use this feature, drivers approach the rear of the vehicle with the keyfob and use a kicking motion under the middle of the bumper to open the liftgate.

How to set the height you wanted?
After the product is installed, press the tailgate button for 3-5 seconds. You will hear a sound "DI~" and then loose your hand. Press the tailgate button again and close it. You will hear two sounds. Tail gate learning is finished.

How to upgrade the controller?
- 1. We will send you the software to upgrade.
- 2. Downlond the software files to your computer and copy them into SD card. (The SD card must be empty)
- 3. Insert the SD card into the controller.
- 4. When you insert the SD card into the controller, it will sound for 30 seconds. Then take the SD card out and the upgrade is successful..
